This template makes refreshing precipitation days background colors. Template:Weather box/oneline/date will apply a length of month multiplication factor in this template's parameter, so that 28.25 days in February, 30 days in a 30-day month, 31 days in a 31-day month, and 365.25 days in a year, will appear as navy blue (#000080).
