'루트리아'라는 국명에도 불구하고 루트리아 공화국 내 최대 비율을 차지하는 민족은 다름 아닌 루이나인인데 전체 인구 비율 중 무려 73%를 차지한다. 루트리아인이 루이나인의 1/3 정도인 21% 정도에 머무는 것을 생각한다면 매우 기이한 인구 구성인데 루트리아의 인구 비율이 이렇게 된 이유는 [[제3차 대전쟁]] 이후 [[왱가누이 조약]]에 있다. 이 조약에서 루트리아는 인구의 80% 이상이 거주하던 [[그레이트 루트리아]] 지역을 [[신성 아르곤 제국]]에게 빼앗기는 대신.
