개요

영남선의 철도역. 덕전광역시 동구 새천로 59 (새천동 550-12) 소재.

역 정보

덕전광역시 내에 있지만 이 지역은 도시화가 되지 않은 시골이라 그런지 여객취급은 하지 않고 화물열차가 대피하는 신호장으로써의 기능만 하고 있다.

주변 역세권에는 사람이 거의 살고 있지 않으며, 삭장산 때문에 역의 위치가 꽤 높은 곳에 있어 접근하기조차 쉽지 않은 곳이다.
