해월국 내각(Cabinet of Haewol)은 태해월국 통정관이 이끄는 행정부를 뜻한다.
해월국 내각부는 성(省), Department과 성 산하의 부(部), Senior Office, 성 혹은 부 산하의 청(廳), Junior Office로 이루어져 있다. 2000년대 이르러 처를 도입하자는 주장이 제기되었으나 실현되지는 못하였다.
현재 12개의 성이 있다.
