라이베리아 연방의 헌법. 1847년 제정되었으며 현재까지 4번 가량 수정 공포되었다. 현행 헌법은 1949년 6월 헌법(Constitution of June 1949)이다.

| The most important thing for humans will be freedom and safety, assuming that they can hope for all rights. Without freedom, we cannot sustain an independent life, and Without safety, we cannot achieve a peaceful life. We, Liberians, seeking true liberation from these two priorities, will establish a constitution to prosper freedom in the community and guarantee mutual security, thereby supporting the preservation of our beloved union and its land and heritage and the happy lives of all people. |
| 인간에게 있어 모든 권리를 희망할 수 있도록 전제하여 가장 중요한 것은 무엇보다 자유와 안전일 것이다. 자유가 없이는 자주적인 삶을 지탱할 수 없고, 안전이 없이 평화로운 삶을 이룩할 수 없다. 이 두 가지 선행적인 대목을 실현하고자 이 광활한 땅에서 진정한 해방을 좇으려는 우리 라이베리아인들은 공동체에서의 자유를 번영케하고 상호안보를 확약하기 위한 헌법을 제정하므로, 이를 통해 작금의 형제자매들과, 머나먼 후손에 이르러까지 사랑하는 우리 연방 및 그 국토와 유산의 보전과 모든 인민의 행복한 삶을 지원할 것이다. |
