엑소더스 헌장
1. Humanity thinks, acts, and lives with the overriding purpose of survival.
인류는 생존을 최우선적인 목적으로 사고하고, 행동하고, 생활한다.
2. Therefore, the human rights of the citizens in the station are limited in part to cut off the sources that threaten their survival.
그러므로, 생존을 위협하는 원천을 차단하기 위해 정거장 내의 시민의 인권이 일부 제한된다.
3. Anyone who commits a crime greater than or equal to a misdemeanor is unconditionally sentenced to "float", the highest penalty.
정거장 내에서 경범죄 이상의 범죄를 저지른 자는 무조건적으로 최고형인 "부유형"[1]을 선고한다.
4. The Shenzhen will be combined with the remaining 11 stations to become the 12th station for human survival.
선전호는 나머지 11개 우주 정거장과 결합해 인류의 생존을 위한 12번째 정거장이 된다.[2]
5. To commemorate the joining of The Shenzhen, the union of 12 stations is named "The Ark".
선전호의 합류를 기념해 12개 정거장의 연합체를 "방주"라고 명명한다.
6. The Ark establishes a parliament and an army for the efficient management of the 12 stations and for the protection of public order.
방주는 12개 정거장의 효율적인 관리와 공공질서의 수호를 위해 의회와 군대를 창설한다.
7. The term of office for members of the Parliament is 15 years, and the quorum is limited to six.
의회 의원의 임기는 15년이며, 의회 정원은 6명으로 제한한다.
8. The Prime Minister is elected to the highest office representing the entire station and Parliament.
전체 정거장과 의회를 대표하는 최고 직책으로 수상을 선출한다.
9. The term of office of the Prime Minister is 10 years and is elected through indirect elections by the Parliament.
수상의 임기는 10년이며, 의회에서 간접선거를 통해 선출된다.
10. All nationalities are abolished for the sake of unity. Now, national divisions do not exist.
모든 국적은 단결을 위해 폐기한다. 이제, 국가의 구분은 존재하지 않는다.[3]
