엑소더스 헌장
1. Humanity thinks, acts, and lives with the overriding purpose of survival.
인류는 생존을 최우선적인 목적으로 사고하고, 행동하고, 생활한다.
2. Therefore, the human rights of the citizens within the station are limited to some extent for survival.
그러므로, 정거장 내의 시민의 인권은 생존을 위해 일부 제한된다.
3. If you commit a felony in the station, you will be sentenced to “Flot” unconditionally, the highest penalty.
정거장 내에서 중범죄를 저질렀을 경우, 무조건적으로 최고형인 "부유형"[1]을 선고한다.
4. For the maintenance of public order and enforcement of the law, each station deploys an army.
공공질서 유지와 법의 집행을 위해 각 정거장은 군대를 배치한다.
5. Each country's space stations dock with each other. Twelve stations unite for survival.
각국의 우주정거장은 서로 도킹한다. 12개 정거장은 생존을 위해 연합한다.
6. To commemorate the union of all the stations, the union of 12 stations is called the "The Ark".
모든 정거장의 결합을 기념해 12개 정거장의 연합체를 "방주"라고 명명한다.
7. The Prime Minister is elected to the highest office representing the entire station.
전체 정거장을 대표하는 최고 직책으로 총리를 선출한다.
8. The Prime Minister enforces laws, commands The Ark's army, and appoints and dismisses members of Parliament.
총리는 법을 집행하고 방주의 군대를 통수하며 의원을 임면한다.
9. A parliament is formed on the nomination of the Prime Minister, and the number of seats is limited to six.
총리의 지명에 따라 의회를 구성하고 정원은 6석으로 제한한다.
10. For stable management, there is no limit to the term of office of the Prime Minister and members.
안정적인 관리를 위해 수상과 의원의 임기에는 제한을 두지 않는다.
11. According to the agreement of all stations, the official language of The Ark is English.
전체 정거장의 협의에 따라 방주의 공용어는 영어로 지정한다.[2]
12. All nationalities and races are abolished for the sake of unity. Now, the state does not exist.
